Everything about bagpipes – Nagy Bögö concert tour in Estonia!

Nagy Bögö is ready for its first album and with the help of the Institute, goes to a concert tour! Naturally, the band will start in Viljandi, the birthplace of the band.

Nagy Bogo logo - honlapraNagy Bögö is an ensemble who plays post-traditional music. The band's trademarks are tradition, nature, home and friendship. The melodies of Nagy Bögö start with their own Estonian roots, but reach out to Hungary, Bulgaria, the exciting modern symbiosis or somewhere in an unpredictable place. On musical journeys, the band is not afraid to confront opposites, cross borders and experiment with traditional stories. High-voltage lines between Nagy Bögö and the listener give a pleasantly positive charge for a long time.

Nagy Bögö consists of:
Karolin Übner – Estonian and Hungarian bagpipes
Katariina Tirmaste – flute, violin
Martin Vill – Gaida, Estonian bagpipe, soprano saxophone
Jaan-Eerik Aardam – guitar
Mart Nõmm – double bass
Kevin Lilleleht – percussions
